Shipping , Returns & Cancellations

UK Delivery

Orders usually despatched within 24-48 hours, Mon-Fri (orders placed on Friday will be sent the following Monday).

We aim to send all orders as Royal Mail Large Letter size to fit through your letterbox at home. However, for larger quantities of spices this is not possible so will be sent as a Medium Packet size. If you won't be home to accept the delivery please leave a note for the postman to leave the parcel in a safe place or provide alternative address.

Shipping and Returns

We can ship your order to almost anywhere in the world, however, please note that you are responsible for any taxes, duties or customs fees charged by your local government. Shipping will take between 3 – 10 days. Some countries may place restrictions on certain imports, so please check with your local authorities before placing an order. We will refund the merchandise cost if an item is returned to us due to import restrictions, but we can’t refund the shipping and handling costs. If the merchandise is confiscated, we will not refund any monies.

International Delivery

All International orders will be sent by  Royal mail International Air mail. The shipping rates will be automatically calculated when you place your order. If you are concerned over our international rates, please contact us before ordering. Should or any reason your parcel fails to arrive, please contact us immediately. If the parcel should arrive damaged, please refuse delivery. The courier should then return the parcel to us for inspection.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is vitally important to us, however, due to the nature of the products we sell, we can’t accept returns unless the products are found to be either damaged or defective in some way. If you find this to be the case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, then return the goods to us in the original packaging and a replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible, after we have investigated the problem. We apologise but we can’t accept returns because you have changed your mind and no longer require the products. Refunds are not usually given unless you specifically state a replacement for the product would not be acceptable.

Cancellation policy

If you would like to cancel your order, you must advise us, by phone or email, within 24 hours of placing your order.
On receipt of your instructions, we will cancel the order, and arrange for a full refund.
